feat(queue): make queue tracks draggable via dnd-kit

Wire up @dnd-kit sortable context in QueuePanel so tracks can be
reordered by dragging the grip handle, dispatching moveInQueue on drop.

Rsbuild project

Setup

Install the dependencies:

npm install

Get started

Start the dev server, and the app will be available at http://localhost:3000.

npm run dev

Build the app for production:

npm run build

Preview the production build locally:

npm run preview
